About

Built for Life Sciences. Nothing else.

Aperigon implements Microsoft Dynamics 365 for pharma, biotech, medical device, cell and gene therapy, combination product, and CDMO companies. If your business isn't in a regulated Life Sciences category, we're not the right firm — and we'll say that on the first call.

Why Aperigon exists

Validation kept Life Sciences companies slow for thirty years. That stops now.

For decades, Life Sciences ERP forced a choice. Move fast, lose the audit trail. Keep the audit trail, take six months to ship anything.

That trade-off was a limit of the technology, not the regulation. Older platforms couldn't carry validation evidence through a release cycle, so every change re-triggered a manual revalidation exercise. That isn't true anymore.

Dynamics 365's 2026 release wave instrumented the platform for regulated use — transaction-level AI provenance, approve-before-commit on agent actions, expanded permissions auditing. FDA's final Computer Software Assurance guidance, finalized September 2025, formalized the risk-based approach the industry has been asking for since 2017. Aperigon is the firm built around what those two changes make possible: a continuously validated ERP.

Track record

Thirty years of ERP. Twenty in Life Sciences.

Aperigon was founded by James Neal after thirty years building and selling ERP systems — twenty of them focused on Life Sciences.

In 2014, James founded AdaptaLogix, a NetSuite partner that worked only with Life Sciences companies. AdaptaLogix grew to fifty employees and international revenue before BDO acquired it in 2022. Aperigon is the next chapter of that thesis on a different platform — and with the AI capabilities that have only just become real.

The line we don't cross

We say no to non–Life Sciences work.

That's an operating rule, not marketing positioning.

If a prospect's business isn't Cell and Gene therapy, biotech, pharma, medical device, combination product manufacturing, CDMO/CMO operations, or a closely adjacent regulated category, we refer them elsewhere. We don't broaden the team to win revenue we can't deliver as well as a specialist should.

Specialization is what lets a small senior team know every regulator's posture, every framework's nuance, every ISV's edge case. The moment a firm chases work outside that lane, depth gets diluted.

Capacity

Senior firm. Scaled bench.

Aperigon engages clients as a senior-principal firm: one accountable owner, no SDR queue, no carousel of pitch calls.

Delivery is supported by a network of 200+ Microsoft Dynamics consultants who carry Aperigon credentials and meet Aperigon's delivery standard. You work with Aperigon. The mechanics behind that are ours to manage, not yours.

Where this is going

Validation should be ordinary, not heroic.

Today, validation is heavy. Documentation drags behind execution. Every change is a project. Companies make it work, but the cost is real — delayed launches, missed inspection windows, the slow self-censoring of what teams will even try.

Aperigon's work is in service of a different default: implementations where validation and documentation are common, easy, and produced as the work is done — not reconstructed afterward. Heavily regulated companies should be able to move with the agility of less regulated ones. The technology is finally there.
